Aquatech Pressmain have recently installed an A-Pod at Union House, Hayes, Middlesex. The Union House is a block of 5 floors of serviced offices ran by Avanta. The challenge was to save space for the plant room without the expensive option of structurally reinforcing a roof floor to support the tank required. The engineer opted for an A-Pod outside the building; the available space was found without any parking lot sacrifice and the planning permission was obtained.
Once the A-Pod was delivered, the installer was able to connect swiftly to the building’s pipework and today the system runs smoothly offering ample water flow to the tenants.
