Lucas Student accommodation owned by Fresh Student Living is an 8 storey building in the heart of the ever growing university campus in Birmingham. Acumen Projects Ltd based in Annesley, Nottingham submitted their tender and won this project with Watkin Jones for this 62 bedroom project.
Our Model Ref – AMV2 -12-15 is proudly installed in this building to ensure a constant flow of water and regulated pressure meets the student’s demands.
